Instructions for Accessing the Activant Customer Web Site

You must be an Activant customer with a support program subscription to access the Customer Web Site. If you do not currently have a support program subscription and would like information on how to become a member, please contact the Activant Contracts department by calling 1-800-776-7438, ext. 2750 or by e-mailing contracts@activant.com.

New to the Activant Customer Web Site?

If you are in need of a user name and password, please contact your system administrator so that they can assign you permission to access the site.

Forgot your user name and/or password?

If you do not remember your user name, please contact your system administrator for help. If you forgot your password, please fill out our Password Request Form and we will e-mail your Customer Web Site password to your account.
